Ongoing Classes and Workshops
The Methow Valley offers a variety of ongoing classes that occur weekly or monthly. These range from music to dance to karate. A six-week yoga series taught by Jenn Abel Kovitz, RYT. A be a flow class with an emphasis on strengthening and stretching those muscle groups that we Methow Valley-ites tend to use a lot in our recreating. $60/non members and $48/members.
